Description

Customer acquisition in inbound and outbound channels - You will have full support from the pre-sale team responsible for the lead generation

Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships

Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share, and in-person meetings

Active contribution to product and sales process development
Responsibilities

Advanced German is a must (English and Polish are nice to have)

Experience in sales and/or customer service in the Internet/e-commerce industry will be welcomed

Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity

Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Apps

Knowledge/interest in e-commerce and tech is a plus!
