Description

  1. Responsible for the product management work for the charging map application in European market. Drive the best charging experience for NIO users, including understanding the users‘ need, defining the product, supporting the UX/UI design, leading the product development, and validating the product release
  2. Responsible for the product management work for the power cloud systems, including charging operation systems, power swapping operation systems, AIoT platforms, etc. Actively identify the business requirements for power cloud systems to maximize the systematic efficiencies.
  3. Work with business teams and power cloud teams in Europe and China to settle the product priorities.
  4. Work with the product management team and the development teams in headquarter to develop the defined features to deliver the user's value and the organizational value.
  5. Continuously collect the users' feedbacks and business team's feedbacks and continuously improve the charging experience and the systematic efficiencies
  6. Keep a forward looking view to contribute to developing the 12month product roadmap based on European market

Responsibilities

  1. 3+ years' product management experience in the internet industry or EV industry
  2. Be able to do product planning and product definition work independently
  3. User centric thinking, and be empathy to drive the best user experience
  4. Good communication skills to work with multiple teams across Europe and China
  5. Fast learning and flexible way of working is a must
  6. Data analytics experience, EV digital product experience and deep EV understanding is a strong plus
