Description

1.     Drive, execute and manage lighting business in the given region attaining the set marketing and sales objectives.
2.     Penetrate market through product prescription with consultants, contractors and architects.
3.     Participate in all lighting related queries with business potential.
4.     Prepare monthly / quarterly /half yearly / annual Sales & Recovery forecast with growth plans.
5.     Develop institutions like public sector organization, armed forces, education, health etc.

6.     Coordinate with different industry segments to meet their lighting requirements.

Responsibilities

1.     Graduate with relevant experience in lighting industry / institutional sales; MBA/ Engineer will be preferred
2.     Should be a self-starter and with a knack of taking initiatives.
3.     Should be able to think “Out of Box”
4.     Proven track record of project / industrial sales with market knowledge of potential lighting business.
5.     Should have presentation and negotiation skills.
6.     Must be flexible, courteous, motivated and a team player.
7.     Capable of handling fast paced environment and competition.
8.     A computer literate capable of making analytical business reports and presentations.
