Description

  • Develop relationships with a portfolio of current clients to post new job opportunities on our platform.
  • Convert incoming enquiries (people reaching out to us) into new clients.
  • Develop a lead-generation process to ensure with don’t miss any exciting job opportunities for our members.
  • Identify new potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on growth marketing topics (Employer newsletter, content etc.)
  • Shape, with our Head of DACH (Sabrina), the future of our growth team: you’ll be the first hire in this team and you’ll be participating in creating, processing, deciding who we should hire next etc.

Responsibilities

  • You have an humble attitude and good team spirit.
  • You have good client relationships skills or you want to develop those skills.
  • You want to join an early-stage start-up growing quickly, ideally you understand the start-up ecosystem.
  • You are comfortable speaking with customers - often you’ll be speaking to very senior people at a variety of organisations.
  • You are a creative thinker and are always looking for smart ways to improve the day-to-day process.
  • A natural organiser with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive about sharing and implementing your ideas.
  • Efficient & prioritised - able to deal with multiple tasks at once and prioritise as necessary.
  • Fluent in German and English. Other European languages (particularly French) are a plus but not essential.

We offer

We offer a competitive package up to £30,000 for the first year (approximately including 20% variable), 27 days holiday, a monthly budget for team events, hot and cold drinks and snacks, and annual company trips.
