Description

To build relationships with Customers and deliver excellent Customer Service while collecting and resolving outstanding issues.

Initiate calls to customers whose accounts are past due.

Address any questions regarding Customer Accounts.

Receive incoming and outgoing calls to resolve Customer Accounts.

Manage all aging accounts, reconcile billing, and credit discrepancies.
-
Take payments over the phone.

Flexibility in scheduling based on the business needs of the company.
Responsibilities
-
High school diploma with a minimum of 2 years of collections experience.
-
Excellent Customer Service Skills, excellent follow-up, detail oriented, strong research and documentation.

Familiarity with FCRA, FDCPA.
-
Bi-Lingual (Spanish) a plus.
