Brands Development Manager

Description

You will be both hands on in meetings with customers & closing deals and taking the insights that you have gained into further developing our commercial process. You will communicate about your learnings from working in the customer interface with our product team to support our product development.
You'll own the entire Videoly for Brands commercial process and figure out the ways to generate growth. You’ll engage in conversations with multiple stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of how Videoly could make sure the potential customers' product videos are seen. Our designated Sales Development Representative will support you with creating continuously qualified sales opportunities. You will also work closely with our Product Manager.

Responsibilities

  • 3+ years of commercial process development experience
  • B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or Service Sales (advantage)
  • Experience of e-commerce (advantage)
  • Knowledge of sales techniques (advantage)
  • Confident and clear communication skills; good discussion enables you to understand companies’ pain points
  • Drive to help our target companies and customers succeed
  • Energy and persistence in your work
  • Fluency in English and either Finnish or Swedish
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Enthusiasm in working in a growth company
  • Ability to take ownership and find business opportunities
