Description

Assist with implementing and executing recruiting strategy

Consult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives

Write and post job descriptions on career websites, job boards and social media platforms
-
Contact new employees and prepare onboarding sessions
-
Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
-
Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods
-
Attend job fairs and careers events
-
Administrative responsibilities for the ATS system
-
Participate in community events, local marketing events and public relations activities to develop a positive image for the company in the local community.

May require additional tasks, duties or projects as assigned.
Responsibilities
-
High School diploma or GED required, college degree preferred.
-
Excellent written and verbal communications skills required.
-
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills required.
-
Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks
-
Familiarity with HR database, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems (background process)
-
Bilingual preferred in certain locations.
-
Familiarity with social media such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.,
-
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and perform functions necessary to work on a computer.
-
Must be able to lift/handle up to 25 pounds
-
Ability to work at home or office and maintain a high level of productivity.
