Description

  • Create demand for ALL Lutron products by working closely with specifiers, contractors and wholesalers and project influencers in the area.
  • Meet or exceed aggressive sales targets.
  • Develop strong relationships with a varied customer base within the residential and hospitality sector.
  • Educate and raise awareness of Lutron’s full product offering.
  • Work closely with internal colleagues to produce the relevant documents to support your customer's needs.
  • Build technical expertise with Lutron solutions.
  • Work with colleagues to prepare and present customer and influencer trainings (Lutron Designer).
  • Participate in local trade groups/ Networking events for influencers.
  • Keep accurate accounts and sales records in Salesforce.com.
  • Keep accurate expense records and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Provide and maintain the highest level of service to your customer base to ensure repeat business.

Responsibilities

  • You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working within the lighting or automation project arena
  • You have a minimum of 3 years proven sales track records that exceeds sales budget for similar products
  • You can instigate and foster B2B relationship and help customers build their business through consultative selling
  • Bachelor’s degree is essential
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Bilingual Candidate: French and English
  • Work Location: Rhone-Alpes Auvergne : Annecy/Lyon/Grenoble/ - with a min of 50% travel to successfully visit customers
