Description

Take ownership of delivery of client integration implementation and consulting engagements and deliver on time and within quality expectations.

Build strong relationships with internal customers, stakeholders, peers and delivery teams, to ensure delivery is smooth and customer centric.

Translate Research and Development priorities and other business requirements into backlog items and coordinate onshore team execution of backlog.

Prepare relevant project documentation to a high standard, to ensure appropriate communication of project scope, objectives, status and deliverables.

Assist with and advise on plugin and pipeline development, integration implementations or consulting opportunities. The application of our systems tends to be novel and extremely innovative; you will gain exposure to a lot of different technologies and exciting applications of technology.

Peer-reviewing work from architects and engineers on the team, ensuring quality is baked into all stages of delivery whilst also facilitating continuous improvement of delivery methods.

Provide coaching, mentoring and professional development opportunities (ie. cross-skilling and role exposure) in line with development plans.

Participate in customer demonstrations/workshops and participate in training videos and technical marketing content (e.g. blogs) with occasional account management

Leading relevant agile ceremonies

Participate in RFP and Product/Security Questionnaire documentation

Ability to travel occasionally in Australia or abroad
Responsibilities

Project management related certification, graduate of Software Engineering or Computer Science, or any computer related degree. Alternatively, equivalent business experience.

7+ years of experience, ideally with an enterprise SaaS or PaaS product company, or system integrator
-
Knowledge across software architecture disciplines, application development methodologies and project management methodologies with relevant certifications highly regarded.

Consulting experience will be highly beneficial.

Management experience with team leadership across diverse team levels.

Experience working with remote teams would be beneficial
