Project Management Office Assistant (PMO)

Description

  • Maintain PMO data
  • Assist the PMO Manager with coordination, scheduling and reporting
  • Support project managers in the preparation of documentation
  • Organize trainings for Project Managers
  • Monitor and report various activities
  • Planning and executing PMO communication
  • Support in PMO Development tasks

Responsibilities

  • Bussiness or technical degree
  • 2+ years project experience
  • Experience with MS office (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outloock)
  • Experience with MS Project and Power BI Software is an advantage
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn new things
  • Ability to travel
  • English and German language - spoken and written
