Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our US Customers.

Responsibilities

  • B.S. Industrial Engineering or other relevant bachelors or Masters degree
  • 7 + years of previous proven experience as a Customer Success Manager in a Global SaaS software organization
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
  • Experience working in the Financial Services/Fintech industries?
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Please note that this is not a remote position. If you do not live within a commuting distance to Newton, MA, you must be able to relocate.

We offer

Base salary for this role is in the $120K - $140K range.
