Description
The role of Client Engagement Representative is an integral part of our sales team and, from the first online contact with our clients until their first transfer, the Inside Sales Associate is there to make things easier for the client, at each step. This commercial role focuses on systematic and timely support in order to convert as many customers as possible to OFX. To do this, he must communicate clearly, pay attention to every detail and use proven sales techniques.
Responsibilities

2 or more years of experience in client support or financial services. Experience in currency trading would be an advantage.

A college degree ( finance or business).

Expirienced user of customer management system (Salesforce for example)
