Description

You are the first contact person for handling customer questions and requests. You are the spider in the web and you know exactly who to contact within the organization when specific customer questions come in;

You record customer questions and requests in our CRM;

You constantly gain product knowledge and proactively keep it up to date, so that you can provide our customers with good information.

You help, among other things, with writing the newsletters, making social media posts and developing the content on our website. You also develop and implement (online) campaigns and analyze the results.

You manage and develop marketing material and come up with new concepts to stimulate current and potential customers and to tap into new markets. You proactively respond to the trends in the market.

You have an excellent command of both the Dutch and English language (B2), both verbally and in writing. Proficiency in the German language is a plus.

Experience with WordPress, InDesign and Photoshop is a plus.
