Description
You will be joining a growing team of both Scrum Masters and Project Managers supporting wealth and investment management projects in partnership with the digital team. On a daily basis, you will be functioning as the Project Manager supporting multiple scrum teams, by supporting budgeting, timeline tracking and so on. You also will either be participating or leading scrum ceremonies such as backlog grooming, retrospectives, and sprint planning.
Responsibilities
- 6 years’ experience working as a project manager
- Prior experience supporting both technical and business related projects
- Experience working with and participating in scrum environments
- Prior wealth and investment management or digital computing experience
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence for sprint planning and backlog grooming
- Extremely detail oriented and great communication skills
- Ability to adjust and adapt to new situations throughout an evolving project
- Experience leading scrum ceremonies
