Description

In the role of Account Manager, you work proactively to identify and process new potential customers as well as strengthen cooperation with existing customers and offer them innovative solutions for the digital workplace. You will work with the entire sales cycle within our document management business area, where you perform thorough needs analyzes to deliver customized solutions to your customers' needs. Furthermore, you are responsible for managing and further developing your customer relationships and offering a world-class customer experience.  

Responsibilities

We are looking for you who have the ability to create good customer relationships and enjoy breaking new ground where you offer your customers solutions that create benefit and added value. You are responsive, business-like and enjoy taking your own initiatives to achieve your goals. To work in this role, we see that you: 
  • - Has previous experience in sales and is passionate about meeting customers. 
  • - Has good telephone skills and is not afraid to contact and meet new people. 
  • - Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English. 
  • - Has a B driving license. 
  • - Qualifying if you have a technical interest.
