Complete invoicing on time and in line with customer requirements
-
Prepare and issue all estimates, delivery notes and invoices in a timely
-
Maintain data on the internal database
-
Ensure all reconciliation is done with all suppliers, vendors and clients
-
Support relationship with external accountants and accounting companies
-
Prepare all the documentation for custom formalities
-
Create reports as requested by direct manager(s)
-
Full understanding of customer’s relative platforms & maintain all the relevant information per project
-
Resolve all administrative problems and generate reports
Responsibilities
-
Experience of working with business processes such as invoicing, project management and purchase orders
-
Solid organisational, prioritisation and time management skills and the ability to coordinate and track multiple projects simultaneously
-
Sound numerical skills, ability to process large volumes of data and the ability to apply these skills in a business context
-
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skillset.

Excellent Microsoft Office skill particularly Excel and Word
-
Experience within the Printing or POSM industry would be highly beneficial
-
Experience of complex incident reporting and complaint management
-
Bi-lingual English (Min B1) & Romanian
