Work with customers to design exceptional digital interactive experiences for innovative AI & cloud solutions.
Deliver billable technical services and ongoing customer support.
Provide consulting services focusing on a simplified and enriched user experience.
Provide pre-sales assistance (presentations, prototypes and PoCs, etc.).
Participate on Agile Delivery Teams ensuring responsiveness, customer/project success and value.
Design, prototype and develop solutions based on best practices and open standards.
Model business user interactions and digital experiences, ensuring accuracy is maintained.

Responsibilities

1-3 years of practical experience in UX/CX design using one or more of the following technologies:
JavaScript frameworks – React, Dojo Toolkit, etc.
Web content management platforms – Wordpress, Dupral, Magento, Squarespace.
Graphics tools – Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
Prototyping tools – Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch.
Detail oriented, analytical, creative problem-solver.
Integrity, anticipation & sense of urgency, persistence, resourcefulness and accountability.
High level of curiosity, ambitious, self-driven and collaborative.
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, computer applications with computational arts or a related discipline.
Fully bilingual, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Full availability and mobility (may include some irregular hours and/or occasional travel).
Resides within the Montreal greater metropolitan area; legally authorized to work in Canada.
