Description
You will be responsible for delivering the best client management whilst actively developing existing client portfolios in the Foreign Exchange Payments market. You will build relationships with existing clients to achieve profitable growth and retention. You will identify, develop, and execute foreign exchange, hedging strategies for small and medium-sized enterprises and corporate clients. We’ll look to you to provide professional expertise in the areas of corporate foreign exchange and payment solutions to your clients. You’ll develop a deep knowledge of our client’s business to ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth. You’ll identify and drive upsell opportunities to maximize client performance.
Responsibilities
- A significant client / account management experience in the banking / financial services sector, in combination with a strong commercial focus, and a proven track record in attaining/exceeding revenue targets.
- Knowledge and experience in Foreign Exchange Payments would be ideal.
- A good level in English language is required for this role.
