Description
For an experienced customer service professional, and a true leader at heart, we have a new position as a Customer Service Supervisor. Our client is a huge name in the retail industry, with a passion for sustainability, that is looking for someone to take over the Ecommerce Customer Support team.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the European ecommerce customer service team
- Personal development plan and one-to-one meetings with the team
- Support the hiring process
- Develop training and onboarding plans for the new joiners of the team
- Collaborate with the HR team on administration for the team’s holidays & expenses
- Support the CS Manager in development projects and process changes
- Plan team building activities and events
Your profile:
- Minimum 2 years of managing/mentoring a CS team
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Fluent in English (any additional language skills are a plus)
- Strong leadership & organizational skills
- Flexible personality and proactive attitude
- Passion for sustainability
