Description

For an experienced customer service professional, and a true leader at heart, we have a new position as a Customer Service Supervisor. Our client is a huge name in the retail industry, with a passion for sustainability, that is looking for someone to take over the Ecommerce Customer Support team.

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the European ecommerce customer service team
  • Personal development plan and one-to-one meetings with the team
  • Support the hiring process
  • Develop training and onboarding plans for the new joiners of the team
  • Collaborate with the HR team on administration for the team’s holidays & expenses
  • Support the CS Manager in development projects and process changes
  • Plan team building activities and events

Your profile:

  • Minimum 2 years of managing/mentoring a CS team
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Fluent in English (any additional language skills are a plus)
  • Strong leadership & organizational skills
  • Flexible personality and proactive attitude
  • Passion for sustainability
