Description
We are looking for a Inside Sales Rep to support our Sales VAR Canada Department.
Responsibilities:
- - Responsible for monthly sales goal attainment, including the achievement of revenue, margin and breadth goals.
- - Responsible for setting the price of products for bids, quotes and deals requested by customers.
- - Responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction and sales growth from assigned active legacy accounts.
- - Responsible for “hunting” in inactive assigned accounts to activate customers, grow account breadth, and drive incremental sales and growth.
- - Create call plans and conduct outbound calls daily to build relationships, create sales, and develop customer opportunities.
- - Contact customers via email and with email campaigns; manage and complete outbound calls and campaigns.
- - Answer phone and respond to all customer requests.
- - Respond to email and to all customer requests same day.
- - Work with vendor reps, BU’s, and Specialty Sales Teams to build specific vendor sales and to grow the revenue and sales breadth within assigned customer base.
- - Work with other departments including Purchasing and Credit to ensure customer satisfaction.
- - Work with assigned accounts, which may include active customers, inactive accounts, and Account Activator accounts.
- - Assist sales and customer service teams with overflow inbound queue calls daily as needed.
- - Attend sales and product trainings.
- - Attend reseller shows and events to meet with prospects in person, as needed.
- - Provide customers with product and service information reactively and proactively.
- - Project a professional company image through customer and vendor interactions.
- - Sell product and place customer orders in computer system.
- - Meet outbound and overall phone time requirements along with Activity and Busy-ness rankings.
- - Use CRM system to track all customer contacts and activities, plus logging customer opportunities and completing Business Portfolios as assigned.
- - Track and manage (from Open to Close) sales pipeline via CRM Opportunities.
- - Adhere to all company policies procedures and ethics including company attendance policy.
Responsibilities

- Bilingual fluent in French and English

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.

- College degree preferred.

- 1 to 3 years of sales or phone sales experience.

- Basic knowledge of computer hardware.

- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) of programs required.
- Ability to use PC, phone, calculator, fax, printer, copier.
