Description
We are currently looking for a French Customer Service Agent to join our Customer Service Team based in our Barcelona’s office.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Managing national and international customer queries and complaints.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Processing return or change orders.
- Escalate complaints across our communication channels.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Maintaining an empathetic, professional, and positive attitude toward customers.
- Responding promptly to customers inquiries.
- Knowing our products inside and out to make sure the answers are matching with our reality.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues, as necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Responsibilities
WHO YOU ARE:
- High school diploma
- Experience working with Customer Service support.
- Native French speaker
- Fluent English and Spanish speaker
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to remain calm in front of customer’s frustrations.
