Description
The Digital Content & Campaign Supervisor manages the planning, development, and execution of content for digital campaigns aligned to key business initiatives. This includes identifying content development opportunities, researching, writing, editing, and localizing campaign assets designed to convert and nurture customers. He/She leads a team to research, write, edit, design, produce, and localize campaign assets designed to convert and nurture customers.
What you’ll do:
- Works closely with marketing teams to ensure customer and competitor insights are collected on an ongoing basis to inform content planning and prioritization
- Executes cross-media campaigns (online and offline) to amplify the UPS brand and position the company’s broad portfolio of products and services
- Create aligned consumer communications across all channels (online, mobile, social), ensuring both strong commercial and consistent brand messages to support business objectives
- Analyses briefs, determines resources required and makes creative recommendations to support business objectives
- Presents plans and recommendations to stakeholders and management to educate, inform, and build consensus
- Researches and writes content for UPS products and services targeted to key audiences
- Analyses and tests content performance for continuous optimization
- Supports the rollout of our small business shipping platform in Europe, including content writing and localization, as well as identifying conversion and nurture opportunities
- Coordination of translation and localizing into other European languages
- Coordinates projects, including content development, with other Regions and Corporate HQ.
- Prepares reports for senior management to provide updates on the projects’ progress, risks, results, and successes
- Briefs vendors on development of creative content (copy, artwork, concept development, layout, format, etc.), timelines and implementation
- Provides on-going feedback and conducts performance evaluations in a consistent, fair, and objective manner to encourage continuous performance improvement
- Holds others accountable to established performance levels to achieve individual and group goals
- Resolves individual and group performance issues in accordance with UPS’s policies and procedures in a timely manner to motivate and foster teamwork
Responsibilities
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications/Marketing/Social Sciences
- Strong digital marketing, writing and editing skills (email marketing, social media, SEO), staying informed about latest trends and best practices
- Min. 2-3 years of successful experience in the areas of business communications or journalism
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and vendors
- Excellent command of English language (native level). Other languages are an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Content Management System
- Attention to detail and sensitivity to cultural differences are required
- Must be very organized and be able to work on a variety of projects with tight deadlines
- Team player with a positive work attitude
